Melting & Casting Process

Aluminum billet continuously cast to produce hot rolling coil by smelting aluminum ingot and scrap in the melting furnace.
The melting temperature is around 750¡É and a high quality product is produced by degassing the molten metal, adjusting components and cleaning.

¾ÐÃâ°øÁ¤

Extruding Process

Hot rolling coil used for cold rolling cutting the billet produced by continuous casting during smelting using automatic shears, heating the billet in the preheating furnace and passing the extruding molding through the 2,200ton extruding processor.

¿­°£¾Ð¿¬°øÁ¤

Hot Rolling Process

Hot rolling coil used for cold rolling process by extruding the billet. This is the first rolling process with a thickness of 12T~9T.

³Ã°£¾Ð¿¬°øÁ¤

Cold Rolling Process

Final thickness and properties desired by consumers obtained by passing the hot coil produced by hot rolling through cold rolling annealing and heat treatment. This process allows various products of 0.3mm ~ 4.5mm thickness through the automatic thickness adjusting system.

Slitting Process (Width shear)

Slitting of rolling process produced coil to Max. 1,200mm and Min. 10mm
±æÀÌÀý´Ü °øÁ¤(SHEARING PROCESS)

Shearing Process (Length shear)

Length shearing of rolling and slitting process produced coils to Max. 4,200mm and Min. 300mm.

Press Process

Rolled coils molded into round or other shapes through the automatic press.
